About Esva boots
What began as a single extrusion line has grown into a vertically integrated plant: our own compound laboratory, our own tool room, our own pump assembly and test benches. We make the parts we cannot buy to the standard our customers need.
Today we supply silicone tubing, diaphragm and piston air pumps, wiring harnesses and li-ion battery packs to manufacturers of medical devices, beauty equipment and consumer appliances. Most of them started with a single prototype order.
That control is what lets us promise the same part in the tenth year of a programme as in the first — same durometer, same bore, same pressure curve, documented batch by batch.
